TSUM Department store, Kiev, 38, Kreschatik str
A historic building in the centre of Kiev, originally designed in 1939 by architect A. Schusev, during its latest renovation in 2017 was transformed into a modern department store with an open central escalator area, modern interior materials and other elements, typical for 21st-century shopping malls. The irregularly shaped ceiling systems with curvilinear elements play an important role in the distinctive and memorable design of TSUM. These are based on seamless metal Armstrong Hook-on panels.
Our specialists were involved in adapting the project, specifying the ceiling components and supplying the materials.
