Columbus is concerned about the security of our customers' data. That is why we have created this Privacy Policy so you do not have to worry about what happens to the personal information you give us when you register.

By registering on the website you consent to Columbus processing all data entered for registration for the purpose of further due diligence by Columbus. Columbus Due Diligence includes providing your information to administrators who will provide technical advice, process enquiries, sales, design, construction and other services.

    1.1 When you register on the Site, we ask you to provide us with personal information to the extent necessary to perform the services. We reserve the right to request additional personal information if necessary.

    1.4 Columbus may process personal information on servers in Ukraine and in other countries. In some cases the users' personal information is processed outside the country of the user.

    2.1.2.2. investigation of potential violations of the Public Offer, which involves providing information about you in response to a duly executed lawyer's request with information on violations;

    2.1.2.3. detecting and preventing fraudulent activity, and resolving security problems and technical defects;

    2.1.2.4. to protect against any direct threat to the rights, property, or safety of Columbus, its users, or the public under Ukrainian law.

    3.1 We take all necessary measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to, internal review of data collection, storage and processing processes and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to prevent unauthorised access.

  4. ACCESS TO AND UPDATING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

    4.1 We will do our best to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct it if it is incorrect or to delete it at your request unless its retention is required by law or for a legitimate business purpose. Before processing requests, we ask users to confirm their identity and the information they wish to retrieve, correct or delete.
